The FREE Smart Recipe app from Change4Life is an easy way of helping families eat tasty, healthier meals the whole family will love. The recipes are easy to follow and list all the ingredients parents need to feed a family of 4 for around £5.

Change4Life has lots of resources to support parents and families to reduce their sugar intake. Tower Hamlets is a Sugar Smart borough and the Change4Life website includes information about how sugar affects children, how much sugar is too much and provides easy ideas to cut back on consuming sugar.

British Nutrition Foundation (BNF)
The BNF Healthy Eating Week @ Home consists of seven daily health challenges which can be undertaken both at home and in schools. The challenges are supported by easy to access resources, as well as cook-a-longs each day. Each challenge comes with resources to make leading a healthier lifestyle easier. The health challenges include:
